Dustin Spears
President/CEO
Before establishing CB&S Contracting Group in 2021, Dustin embarked on a journey across the contiguous United States. He commenced his career in 2012 as a journeyman carpenter and steadily progressed through the ranks, ultimately attaining a position in construction management in early 2016, before eventually founding the group in 2021.
